Ideal for Flexible Shelving units that move on a frequent basis and require total-lock braking functionality – locking both the swivel and the wheel when the brake is engaged.
Concealed Casters
Ideal for Flexible Shelving units that are less frequently moved. Casters are hidden for the appearance of static shelving, with the functionality of movable shelving. The low caster base profile allows for books and other collections to be stored lower to the floor compared to exposed caster bases, allowing for a greater volume of collections to be displayed. Although the casters do not lock, the weight of the Flexible Shelving unit keeps it stationary for browsing while providing the capability to reconfigure your space as needed.
